The Day-by-Day
Eight days. Three parade nights.
Fly Thursday night, wake up in Rio on Friday, and spend Carnival week inside it — not watching it from a hotel lobby.
Depart from Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) on American Airlines. Overnight flight south.
Morning arrival, airport transfer, and check-in at a 4-star hotel on Copacabana or Ipanema. Free time to find the beach, then a welcome dinner with the group.
City tour — Christ the Redeemer, Santa Teresa and Sugarloaf. Afternoon street bloco and beach nightlife, then a Bus and Plane group gathering in the evening.
Beach morning, then free time and shopping before the first Sambadrome parade night — your reserved seats are included.
A free day — optional helicopter tour over the city, sunset at Arpoador, then back to the Sambadrome for the 9pm parade.
Street blocos and shopping, a 4pm farewell dinner overlooking Copacabana, and one final 9pm Sambadrome parade.
Breakfast, beach and free time. Late-night airport transfer for the 11pm return flight.
Morning arrival back in the US, around 8am.

The base non-refundable deposit is $500 per person. Because the payment schedule has already started, your amount due at booking may include catch-up payments plus applicable booking or payment fees.

Single occupancy is $5,895 per person. Travel insurance and connecting flights to DFW are not included.
Package pricing is based on current supplier rates and is subject to availability until deposit and supplier confirmations are secured.
Airfare is included from Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW). Flying from another city? A connecting flight to DFW can be added at additional cost. Late bookings may incur an air supplement.
