The Day-by-Day
Fly Thursday night, wake up in Rio on Friday, and spend Carnival week inside it — not watching it from a hotel lobby.
Depart from Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) on American Airlines. Overnight flight south.
Morning arrival, airport transfer, and check-in at a 4-star hotel on Copacabana or Ipanema. Free time to find the beach, then a welcome dinner with the group.
City tour — Christ the Redeemer, Santa Teresa and Sugarloaf. Afternoon street bloco and beach nightlife, then a VIP Carnival party in the evening.
VIP party — details being finalizedBeach morning and a samba school rehearsal, then free time and shopping before the first Sambadrome parade night — reserved seats recommended.
Rehearsal — details being finalizedA free day — optional helicopter tour over the city, sunset at Arpoador, then back to the Sambadrome for the 9pm parade.

Breakfast, beach and free time. Late-night airport transfer for the 11pm return flight.
Morning arrival back in the US, around 8am.
