Per person, double occupancy. A non-refundable deposit holds your seat — monthly payments do the rest.
Traveling solo? Single occupancy is $5,145 per person — your own room, same trip.

Non-refundable deposit at booking, then six monthly payments of $700:

Single occupancy: $295 deposit, then six equal monthly payments (Sep–Feb), final payment adjusted — $5,145 total.
Package pricing is based on current supplier rates and is subject to availability until deposit and supplier confirmations are secured.
Airfare is included from Washington Dulles (IAD). Flying from another city? A connecting flight to IAD can be added at additional cost. Late bookings may incur an air supplement.
Someone from Bus & Plane is with the group from the departure gate to the flight home — plans, problems and language, handled.
